BE AWARE OF WHO YOU ONLY LISTEN TO

This guy somehow has a near-monopoly on financial education within the church (much of what he teaches has value when it comes to getting out of consumer debt, identifying wants versus needs, etc.) With that being said he can be a bully who shares:

 Flat out inaccurate information when it comes to life insurance (he doesn’t describe how we do Whole Life, nor account for the returns that control and access to your capital can give you – infinite!)

 A Wall Street centric “investing” strategy that can lead to stress and loss of principal.

And let’s call it like it is:

 Dave makes major bank from financial advisors who pay him $8-11K PER YEAR to be a Ramsey certified “Smartvestor”.

 He hawks his OWN Term insurance – and encourages you to put additional $ with his Smartvestors. All you need to do is follow the money.

Also he knows by following his advice you will be enrolling again in F.P.U. again in the future. I wish he would teach the ways that he has grown his own personal financial freedom. He has done this by building an awesome brand and business. He has NOT done it by scrimping, saving, and investing in Wall Street which is what he shares.

If you’ve:

– moved beyond consumer debt

– don’t need to be entertained by a big personality

– prefer liquidity, control, & real estate

– believe in investing in yourself

…then Graduate from Dave.
